Lets just say I have natural talent. A certain special ability I was born with. I am a master in the secret art of sleeping in. No really.
At first I though I was just like everyone else, I mean who doesn’t love a good sleep in on the weekends? At lot of people, amazingly. Actually, its not that they don’t want to, they just can’t. When I discovered this I was more or less blown away. How can you not be able to sleep in? You just don’t set your alarm clock. Done.
But according to my sleep-challenged friends its not that easy. I can’t think why. I never have trouble sleeping. Ever. It’s when I have to get up is the problem, but that’s a different story. I’d hate to not be able to get a good night’s sleep. It would kill me!
Apparently the sport of marathon sleeping is dying out. But why? Sleeping in is one of the finer things in life I say. I think more people should sleep more! Think of all the benefits! If everyone just had some more sleep, everyone would be happier, and instantly in a better mood. And do happy people want to blow stuff up? I think not.
So I propose a sleeping revolution! Next weekend, or whenever you have a spare day, take the time to get a few extra “Zzzzs” in. I guarantee you will feel better!
